JUST AS you were once disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience, so they have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may receive mercy. For God has consigned all men to disobedience, that he may have mercy upon all. O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! [Rom 11:30-33]

DIVINE MERCY
CHAPLET
"ETERNAL FATHER, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world." ["Chaplet of Divine Mercy"]
INDULGENCE
TO “INDULGE” (Lat. indulgentia, to be kind or tender) means to grant someone a favor that he has not earned. Hence, a plenary indulgence is God’s merciful remission of all temporal punishment due to sin, the guilt of which has been forgiven through the “power of the keys”. To Peter and the Apostles (and their successors) Jesus said, “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." [Mat 16:18-19]
NOVENA
OUR LORD Jesus Christ said to St. Faustina Kowalska: "On each day of the novena you will bring to My Heart a different group of souls and you will immerse them in this ocean of My mercy... On each day you will beg My Father, on the strength of My passion, for the graces for these souls. By this novena I will grant every possible grace to souls." [DIARY 1209, 796]
